LifeSpan TR4000i The LifeSpan TR4000i performs so well at a competitive price. It has a 3.25 continuous drive motor and an upgraded belt, and you can exercise at up to 12 mph. It also has 15 levels of incline to help simulate outdoor terrain. Its all-steel frame houses a 20-inch by 60-inch running surface, and it has eight compression shock absorbers to protect your hips, knees and ankles. A treadmill’s running surface is important to helping you maintain a natural gait. Most machines we reviewed have 22-inch-wide belts, so this one can be less comfortable for larger users.
ProForm Performance 600i TreadmillOne of the biggest selling points of the ProForm Smart Performance 600i treadmill is the technology that comes integrated with the treadmill. With a 10” HD, iFit enabled touchscreen you have the ability to train with one of the many iFit trainers all across the world from the comfort of your own home. From running in Hawaii, to jumping off the treadmill and doing a yoga workout, you essentially get your own personal assistant with iFit – and that comes included with the 600i. At this price point, that’s a great deal.

It provides excellent connectivity for up to four users, and it’s easy to fold up and stow. It has a 4.0 continuous horsepower motor and a 22-inch by 60-inch running deck that can accommodate users who weigh up to 400 pounds. This machine’s maximum incline is 15 percent. Its console has a 9-inch full-color display. It gives you more workout feedback, including data such as calorie burn rate, heart rate zone, intervals, distance and speed.
Sole Fitness F63 TreadmillThe Sole Fitness F63 treadmill is currently the most affordable treadmill that Sole Fitness has available. The Sole F63 is an excellent treadmill for walkers and joggers, though it may not be the right treadmill for a regular runner. You can find the basic Sole features on the F63, ranging from the Cushion Flex Whisper Deck technology to the 10 preset workout programs. Starting with the cushioning, the Cushion Flex Whisper Deck technology helps to reduce the impact of your body while you workout on the F63, helping to prevent injuries that tend to occur when working out on hard surfaces.
Weslo Cadence Ideal for beginners, the Weslo Cadence is foldable and very light making it easy to move around. It comes with a number of features that are not easy to find in entry-level treadmills including, an Easy PulseTM Heart Rate Monitor, LCD with Priority Display and six programmed workouts. It is equipped with a 2.25 HP motor that is a bit loud when working out and can handle weights of upto 275lb. However, this machine is not designed for intense workouts
ProForm SMART Power 1295i TreadmillThe ProForm SMART Power 1295i treadmill is an excellent balance of affordability and high-quality features. While it does not come with a touchscreen like many other ProForm’s SMART treadmills, the SMART Power 1295i has a 7” high-contrast display, with crisp bright blue lettering so that you can track your workouts. NordicTrack T 6.5 S TreadmillThe NordicTrack T 6.5 S is one of the brand’s best treadmills you can buy in this price range. It is well-built, reliable, and comes with solid features that will make your workout sessions more productive than ever before. The T 6.5 S comes equipped with 20 built-in workout programs designed by NordicTrack to improve cardiovascular fitness and increase calorie burn. However, this particular model does not come equipped with iFit. Instead, you get more of a classic treadmill screen (5” backlit display). The treadmill is iFit compatible, so you can connect to iFit through your phone or tablet and use those workouts with the treadmill.
